		<description>I&#039;ve recently discovered coconut oil, since being told when I was a kid that we weren&#039;t allowed to have it because it was bad for us!  Now I use it in all kinds of things.  Most recently... almond-flaxseed burgers and to fry plantain tostones.  Delicious in both!  

People should know it is solid at room temperature, when I first shopped for it I couldn&#039;t find it!</description>
